When four different bodies collide - hear Extraordinary Bodies' Co-Director Jamie Beddard tell us raw, relatable stories about what it means to be delicate.

Extraordinary Bodies celebrate our human potential, with powerful performances and a vibrant mix of circus, dance, theatre and music - all to tell a meaningful story that questions the value of our bodies and gives a voice to those who are often silenced.

Delicate is a show about how things need to fall apart before they can fall into place. Four people's different lives collide, but one thing unites them: they're frustrated with their bodies changing, ageing, breaking or no longer obeying.

These characters are fighting the grind of what's expected and you might feel inspired to do the same.

Delicate is presented by Extraordinary Bodies, and co-produced with Figurteatret i Nordland (Nordland Visual Theatre) and Theatre Royal Plymouth.

Please note that Delicate aims to be relevant and understood by all audiences. We have created a show that is as accessible as possible to as many different people as possible. Delicate is BSL interpreted, captioned and Audio Described. All performances are chilled. This means low lights are left on in the auditorium, loud noises may occur but with warning in a visual story that is available to the public, and audience members are free to get up/go out during the show.
