Worthing Philharmonic Orchestra are back with some Classical Spring sounds

Join the Worthing Philharmonic Orchestra for their spring concert. This will be a rather special occasion for the orchestra as they will be acknowledging the retirement of leader Rita French and the skill and expertise she has imparted over forty seasons. Soloist Emmanuel Bach will be playing the Bruch as a tribute to Rita who performed the piece twice with the orchestra in May 1989 and March 1999.

Virtuoso Emmanuel Bach described his mission as communicating through music and to bring music to wider audiences. He won the 2018 Royal Over-Seas League String competition and was an artist on the Countess of Munster Recital Scheme 2017-2020. He has performed as a soloist and chamber musician at venues such as Wigmore Hall, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, St. James’s Piccadilly and Queen Elizabeth Hall. He has played a wide range of concertos and taken part in masterclasses with Maxim Vengerov and Anne-Sophie Mutter.
