The Connaught turns 110 this July! We are celebrating by playing some of our favourite ever films. These are the movies that we get requests for ALL THE TIME from you films fans out there. A chance to see some absolute classics on the big screen and wish our lovely building a Happy Birthday!

About the film
Films don't come bigger or more epic than this! Though under a modern lens it's depictions of historical events are now outdated and sometimes uncomfortable. Clark Gable stars as a rogue whose turbulent romance with a southern belle plays out during the Civil War and the abolition of slavery.
