  • Description

You are invited to celebrate Black History Month with an Afro-fusion dance performance by Lya aka BlkDimond, free drinks and finger food, and a short, guided tour of the Interweaving Spaces exhibition.

The dance performance - Code Red! Code Red! - is based on a sound piece sampling the inspirational speech by the Prime Minister of Barbados, Mia Mottley, at COP26. The dance performance, which you are free to participate in, will take place in the Interweaving Spaces immersive installation by the award-winning artist Gil Mualem-Doron. The project addresses biodiversity, cultural diversity and the disastrous effects of global warming, and climate change.

There is no need to book a place in advance.
