Tailored for adults, come and learning the art of classical Indian dance!

Srishti - Nina Rajarani Dance Creations will conduct an introductory workshop on Kathak, a classical Indian dance style. Movement vocabulary will be taught to cover footwork, pirouettes and hand gestures, putting together the material into short compositions for which participants will be taught the rhythmic recitations.

Experience a lively and fun session; this workshop will also give you insight to the cultural context of the dance form.
