Come learn all there is to know about cacao from renowned local chef Audrey Dufay

Audrey Dufay, owner of the beloved local business Terre de Sienne will walk you through the process of how cacao is grown. As well as the 'bean to bar' process to turn it into delicious chocolate. She'll also talk about the ethics around it and how to find good chocolate.

Of course, this wouldn’t be a tasting evening without any tasting! The price will include tastings of nine sublime Terre de Sienne chocolates and a glass of bubbly.
