An engaging and witty semi-autobiographical one-woman show performed by Lubna Kerr

Combining theatre, humour and storytelling, Lubna shares the journey of her family arriving in Glasgow from a very comfortable life in Pakistan and dealing with discrimination.

About Lubna
Lubna Kerr, the Scottish daughter of Pakistani immigrants and a comedian and actor, emerged on the Scottish comedy scene after completing the Laughing Horse comedy course in 2013. Her humor, rooted in her Asian heritage, challenges and plays with stereotypes. She debuted "The Asian Ellen DeGeneres" at the Glasgow International Comedy Festival in 2018, showcasing character comedy.

Lubna has appeared in various stage, TV, and film productions and received funding to create her one-woman play, Tick Box, exploring migration, identity, and comedy's male-dominated world. Her work continues to be well-received, including sold-out performances at the Edinburgh Fringe.
