Back by popular demand, Kate Strachan returns to teach her beloved course in Upcycled Fashion.

This course is for lovers of up-cycled/vintage clothing and a ‘reuse and mend' culture.

Bring garments for restyling, repurposing, resizing or repairs. Use fabric from one garment to make another, like old trousers into a beach bag, or turn a fabulous vintage find into a personally fitted garment.

Suitable for beginners or occasional sewers to design and plan a sewing project. With tuition in basic machine and hand sewing techniques, support with construction, using and adapting garments, and ideas for decorative repairs and embellishments.

Not suitable for knitwear.

Please bring garments/materials and a basic sewing kit (e.g. scissors, pins & thread).
We provide sewing machines and some additional equipment.

Individual sessions are £27.50 per person. Book all four sessions in one transaction for the discounted price of £100.
