Bars & Cafe Strategic Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bars & Cafe Strategic Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering significant increases in bar income and improving customer experience. 

Key improvements are essential to driving the organisation's commercial revenue streams, including a refit of the Assembly Hall Bar, improvements to the cinema concession stand and the installation of a Museum cafe. All of which will support WTM in achieving its charitable objectives and ensuring the long-term financial sustainability of the charity. 

The postholder will be an excellent communicator and detailed planner, with the ability to work at pace on multiple projects without compromising quality or compliance. They will need to develop strong working relationships within the team as well as with all key stakeholders. 

This post will be for an initial 8-12 month term with the potential to extend depending on the projected timelines for achieving the specific aims of the projects below: 

• Strategic capital development of the bars and concessions across the portfolio of venues
• Reviewing bars operational systems and processes, establishing and implementing best practice
• Installation of a new cafe in the Museum
