School & Group Bookings

Do you want to bring the entire family to Panto, celebrate your birthday with a shout-out at Saturday Morning Pictures, or bring all your friends to see our latest theatre show? Or perhaps you are a teacher looking to bring a group of students to experience the arts or run a group and are looking for a fun day out.

WTM's incredible broad programme offers people a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the arts, and we love welcoming groups to visit us. 

Group bookings

Group bookings can be made for most live shows at our venues for parties of 8 or more (exclusions apply). Group rates are available for selected events.

Parties of up to 10 can book online for most shows, but if your group is larger, please call, email, or visit our ticketing and sales office.

Tickets can be purchased:

Online – For most events, a maximum of 10 tickets can be booked online per customer (sometimes this amount is lower). If you would like to book more than this,  please call, email, or visit our ticketing and sales office.

By Phone For groups larger than 10 people, please call our ticketing & sales team to place your booking.

By Email Alternatively, you can request more information by emailing us.

Whether you are looking to attend a show or a workshop, there are lots of exciting opportunities across the WTM programme for schools, colleges, and universities to get involved.
