About Youth Aerial Circus Workshop: 12-16 Years

This Aerial Circus Workshop is designed for young people aged 12–16 who want to try something exciting and different. With expert guidance from instructors at The Circus Project, participants will get hands-on experience with aerial silks, learning how to move, balance and have fun in the air.

The session starts with a playful warm-up of games and stretches to get everyone ready, followed by time on the silks to develop confidence, strength and coordination. No experience is needed – just enthusiasm and a willingness to give it a go!

What to Wear:

  • Comfortable, fitted clothing (sportswear is ideal)
  • Avoid zips, buttons or jewellery that could catch on the equipment
  • Cover arms and legs to prevent friction
  • Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water
