Ever wanted to try aerial silks? This Aerial Circus Workshop is the perfect opportunity for young people aged 17–21 to experience the thrill of aerial performance in a safe, supportive environment.
Led by expert instructors from The Circus Project, the session begins with a fun group warm-up, including games and stretches to get your body moving. You’ll then learn the basics of working with aerial silks – improving strength, coordination, confidence, and creativity along the way.
Whether you’re completely new to circus or looking to build on existing skills, this is a great way to try something new, challenge yourself, and have fun.
What to Wear:
- Fitted, flexible clothing (like sportswear)
- Avoid zips, buttons or jewellery that may catch on equipment
- Try to cover as much skin as possible to protect against friction
- Bring a bottle of water
