About Youth Aerial Circus Workshop: 7-11 Years

This exciting Aerial Circus Workshop is specially designed for children aged 7–11. Led by professional instructors from The Circus Project, young participants will learn how to use aerial silks safely and creatively in a fun, supportive environment.

The session begins with a lively warm-up using games and stretches to get everyone moving. Then it’s time to take to the silks! Children will explore movement, balance and basic aerial techniques while building strength, coordination, and confidence – all while having fun.

No previous experience is needed – just a sense of adventure!

What to Wear:

  • Comfortable, fitted clothing (e.g. leggings, t-shirts, sportswear)
  • Avoid zips, buttons or jewellery
  • Cover arms and legs to help protect against friction
  • Bring a bottle of water
