Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat are Silver Screen screenings?
A weekly film screening on Monday Mornings at 11 am with discounted tickets and complimentary tea/coffee. Screenings are aimed at an older audience, but all ages are welcome within the confines of the film's BBFC certificate.
Do you offer subtitled or captioned films?
Yes. Screenings for those with hearing difficulties are labelled ‘Captioned’.
Films in a foreign language are labelled ‘Subtitled’.
Do you screen 3D films?
We occasionally programme 3D films. If so, this will be clearly marked.
Do you sell 3D glasses?
No, but glasses are available to borrow for 3D screenings.
Can I take refreshments into the cinema?
Yes, items purchased from our kiosk may be taken into the auditorium.
Do films start at the advertised time?
Ads and trailers will start at the advertised time. The feature will usually start 20 minutes later.
Do I need ID to watch 15 & 18 rated films?
Yes. If asked, you will need to provide ID for age-limited films. Valid ID includes a Driving License, Passport, Pass Card, Yoti ID, and Citizen Card.
Do you accept Meerkat Movies?
Yes. You can get codes through the Meerkat Movies app for 241 tickets every Tues or Weds. Codes cannot be redeemed online, but can be accepted on the phone or at the Box Office.
