When do the doors open?

Doors typically open 30-45 minutes before live performances and 30 minutes before films. Times may vary. 

Do you have a cloakroom?

We do not currently offer a cloakroom service. However, for standing events at the Assembly Halls, we offer cloakrooms. 

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Only food and drink purchased in our venues may be consumed on site. Please do not bring hot food or alcohol with you

Do you have bars or refreshments?

Yes. Bars open before most performances and for intervals. 

Can I pre-order drinks?

Yes. You can pre-order pre-show and interval drinks and snacks via a link in your pre-visit email and text. 

Is there a latecomer seating?

Admission for latecomers is at the discretion of the performing company and may be restricted until a suitable break. 

What is your bag policy?

Large bags and luggage are not permitted inside our auditoriums. Small handbags and day bags are welcome. 

Is photography or filming allowed?

Photography, filming and audio recording are not permitted during performances for copyright and safety reasons. 

Is smoking or vaping allowed?

No. All WTM venues are smoke-free and vape-free. 

Do children need a ticket?

Everyone over the age of 2 must have a ticket unless the event specifies otherwise. Children under 2 can attend age-appropriate shows/films free of charge and must sit on a parent/guardian's lap.

Are there age restrictions?

Some shows may have recommended age guidance. This will be displayed on the event page. 

Film classifications are a legal requirement and ID may be requested when booking or attending
