Director of Trading Board

Worthing Theatres & Museum (WTM) is seeking new Directors to join the Board of its trading subsidiary, helping to shape and drive the organisation's commercial success. This voluntary role offers the opportunity to provide strategic leadership and expert guidance across key income-generating areas, including venue hire, bars, catering and retail.

As a Director, you will work alongside the Trustee Board and senior leadership team to oversee the development and delivery of the trading company’s commercial strategy, ensuring it supports WTM’s wider mission to bring arts and heritage to the community.

We are looking for commercially minded individuals with experience in areas such as finance, business development, hospitality or retail. You will bring strategic insight, sound judgement and a collaborative approach, contributing to decision-making, governance and long-term sustainability.
