Volunteer - Customer Experience Cinema

Role Description

Customer Experience Volunteers (Cinema) play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of film screenings at the Studio. Working alongside a member of the Customer Experience team, you will help create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable experience for customers attending our cinema screenings. This role provides additional support to the team members working within the Studio, helping to strengthen customer service, security and emergency response arrangements. You will be a visible and approachable presence for customers, providing assistance where needed and helping to ensure the cinema environment remains welcoming, safe, and well-presented throughout the screening.

Recruitment and Information Morning

Selected applicants will be contacted and invited to meet members of the Customer Experience team on Friday 11 September, 10 am-11 am. During this time, you will be asked to participate in a group activity to demonstrate your suitability for the role. This will be an opportunity for you to find out more about volunteering and ask any questions you may have.
