Maxine Hort

Maxine is Director of Operations at Brighton Dome & Festival and a long-standing member of BDBF’s Executive team. She has extensive operational and commercial experience, coupled with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by charitable organisations, especially those operating in heritage buildings. Most recently Maxine has been BDBF’s lead on the £38m project to refurbish and revitalise the Grade I and II listed Corn Exchange and Studio Theatre.
