Hire the Assembly Hall
The largest of WTM’s venues, the Assembly Hall is a multipurpose venue with optional break out rooms There is a stage with four stepped levels, a fully sprung dance floor under the stalls seating, and a fixed seated balcony. There are 2 optional additional rooms that can also be hired to increase the overall space available, the Richmond Room and the Reception Room.
This venue regularly hosts large scale concerts, awards nights, trade fairs and dance events. It is also the perfect venue for a wealth of corporate events and conferences given the multiple additional spaces available.
Venue and Stage Access
The stage is not wheelchair accessible.
The seating is split between a stalls area and fixed balcony seating. The balcony is not wheelchair accessible, and the stalls can accommodate 6 wheelchair users.
Parking restrictions are in place around the Assembly Hall, but there are parking options within easy walking distance. Please ask the hires team for more information.

We have an in-house venue hire team to ensure the hiring process is smooth. In addition to the hire of the venue, we can offer various layout, technical, staffing, box office and catering assistance. Charges will apply.
Layout options can be discussed with the hires tea, and may be subject to a charge.
Most hiring options include one Technician as a Stage Manager. This is for health and safety purposes for any hire using the stage or backstage areas. All other technicians would be additional and can be organised through our team.
